My name is Christie. I enjoy going to conventions and spending a lot of money on artists.

How do you choose what artists are listed here?

Like a magpie, I collect pretty things. When I’m at a convention, I grab business cards (or take a photo) for artists that I’ve bought from or that catch my eye.

Can I get my site listed here?

Maybe? You can submit a link through this form but we don’t guarantee to list every artist submitted.

Think of this site as a juried Artist Alley. We’ll accept most submissions, but we have the right to refuse any artists based on quality, type of items sold, and other factors. We will not list artists who promote racism, sexism, homophobia, or other forms of hate speech.

We do not discriminate based on the age, sex, gender, sexual orientation, race, color, religion/creed, national origin, physical/mental disability, veteran status, or citizenship of the artist or artist’s helpers.

Absolutely! You can use the same form as used for submitting an artist or just email us at bestofthealley@gmail.com.

We are not an online store. We don’t post ads. We don’t keep a list of current or upcoming conventions for each artist, though we will link to it if you have one.
